Ways To Get Your Teeth Whiter & Brighten

There’s no denying that white teeth are something that most people would like. Not only are they on trend, but whiter, brighter teeth help a person look younger, as well as gives them confidence in their smile and their appearance. If you’re a smoker, a lover of coffee or red wine however you may notice that your teeth are less brilliant white and more grubby gnashers. There are things you can do however to restore that.

Natural Remedies

There are several different natural at home remedies to restore white teeth. Even if some of them may be overrated, they can be fun!

  • Oil pulling with coconut oil.  (To oil pull, put 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth and push and pull the oil through your teeth. Coconut oil is solid at room temperature, so you may need to wait a few seconds for it to melt. Continue the oil pulling for a full 15–20 minutes, spit out and rinse. )
  • Brushing With Baking soda. Baking soda is a mild abrasive that can help scrub away surface stains on teeth. You can also use it to clean your bathroom, so you know, multi tasking and all that.
  • Rubbing A Strawberry Across Your Teeth. Cut a strawberry up and use the flesh to rub against your teeth. I mean, I don’t know if this will work but strawberries are tasty so no harm done here huh. Just make sure you don’t do it too much, or all the time, fruit acid can be bad for healthy teeth.
