State Of Mind Active’s ‘The Change Exchange’

British plus size fitness and athleisure brand ‘stateofmindactive’, which launched in 2012, creates sports luxe inspired work out and fitness apparel for women sized UK 16-28.

The range includes high quality tops, tee’s, tanks, crop tops, zany print leggings, shorts, kick flare bottoms, hoodies and yoga wear.  The range is designed to offer performance wear that is stylish, comfortable and that most importantly, fits well.    New season pieces range from £10.00 for mesh layering tops to £48.00 for their sports luxe workout leggings.

‘The Change Exchange’ is a new campaign that responds directly to customers’ concerns about investing in active wear when they are planning to change their shape or lose weight. Understanding that their customers are reluctant to spend £30-£40 on a top that might not fit in 6 months’ time, State of Mind has decided to offer them the opportunity to exchange the items they’ve bought for the same or similar items in a different size.  This offer also applies if the customer gains weight as statistics show that people often gain weight when going on a diet or exercise programme.

State of Mind has loyal customers both in the UK and around the world in Scandinavia, the USA and Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.  ‘The Change Exchange’ will be available to all its international customers.

How does it work?

Simply download ‘The Change Exchange’ form from the ‘stateofmindactive’ website, complete it and return it to them with the items customers wish to exchange. If the core range item ordered is no longer available, customers can choose a similarly priced item to exchange it with. The good news is that a receipt is not needed just name/order number or date of purchase.

When exchange items are received, they will be laundered and donated to a charity that supports women in the UK.

State of Mind’s ‘Change Exchange’ will launch on the 1st of December, 2017.
